CELLAR RESERVE PETRA STELLA 2023

This Shiraz is crafted from small parcels of established vines in Mudgee,
using minimal intervention winemaking techniques. It is then matured
for 18 months in French oak barrels, enhancing its complexity. The
wine reveals rich dark fruit, cured meat, cedar, and cake spice aromas
on the nose. On the palate, it offers excellent concentration and a plush
mouthfeel, framed by a velvety texture and layers of grainy tannins.
