Handpicked Shiraz Hunter Valley 2022

This single vineyard wine produced by Cael’s Gate was made from wines planted in 1971. This wine is richly fruited and impressively concentrated with refinement and sophistication. This Shiraz shows dark berry, violet, warm spice and cedary oak characters on the nose, followed by a gracefully powerful palate offering silky texture and fine tannins. Mouth filling and elegantly opulent with a sustained satisfying finish.
