120 minutesBegin with a guided tasting, then settle in for a substantial Ploughman’s lunch. A relaxed way to spend an afternoon in Broke Fordwich.
Seasonal Food
On selected weekends, guests can enjoy seasonal food offerings designed for sharing. Our Pala Boards feature light, airy dough with generous layers of paper-thin mortadella or sopressa, finished with stracciatella, pistachio pesto or whipped ricotta.
