Every Cael's Gate wine begins with a deliberate decision.
Some originate from our estate-grown Samuel Vineyard in Broke Fordwich. Others come from carefully selected vineyards across New South Wales, chosen for their ability to express varietal character, regional identity and the Cael's Gate house style.
While the vineyards may differ, the philosophy remains the same.

From vibrant whites and elegant rosé to cellar-worthy reds and limited reserve releases, each wine is crafted to reflect its origin and the season that shaped it.
Current Release
Cellar Reserve
A collection of limited-production wines crafted for complexity, longevity and expression. Selected from particular parcels and barrels, these wines are produced in small quantities and released as Reserve only when Chris determines they meet our standards for balance, structure and age-worthiness.

The Samuel Collection
The Samuel Collection represents the estate-grown wines of Cael's Gate. Named in honour of Chris's late brother, Samuel Vineyard was established in Broke Fordwich with a particular focus on Tempranillo. As the vineyard matures, the collection will evolve alongside it.

Museum Collection
A rare selection of carefully cellared wines released in limited quantities. These wines represent the evolution of the Cael's Gate journey and offer a glimpse into the ageing potential of our wines.
