Shipping Policy

We ship wine Australia-wide. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends, public holidays and periods of extreme weather.

Wine Club members receive complimentary Australia-wide shipping on eligible orders of six bottles or more.

Promotional free shipping offers may be available throughout the year and will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Sending wine as a gift? We are happy to include a personalised message with your order. Simply include your message during checkout or contact us directly after placing your order.

All wine deliveries require an adult aged 18 years or over to accept the shipment.

If nobody is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave instructions regarding collection or redelivery.

Wine is a delicate product. During periods of extreme heat, severe weather or transport disruptions, we may delay shipment to protect the quality of your wine. If this occurs, we will contact you directly.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Where possible, please include photographs of any damaged bottles and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
